Oh my goodness was Gabriela a little model for me!
Mini emailed me to let me know Gabby was on her way sooner than expected so we moved our date up and I waited all day to hear of the happy arrival news! Gabriela was born after a pretty speedy birth and I could not wait to meet her!
It was a warm, beautiful day for our newborn photography session. Gabriela slept in small spurts and ate like a champ in-between. Gabriela's cheeks made me smile ear to ear and when we did get her into the perfect pose, boy did she rock it. The girl is adorable and just another beautiful addition to this family.
Congrats everyone! I just love her!

Lisa contacted me after her second son was born regarding a newborn session for their little guy Leo. I adore my newborns and always leave a little wiggle room for those last minute newborn sessions. (hint, hint!)
I met Lisa and her family in their gorgeous University Park home to photograph their new family of four. Big brother Gus was such a sweet heart and the love these four had for each other was so fun to capture. Dad has a camera and likes to take pictures himself and it's always fun to chat photography while I'm photographing cute babies! So yeah, this session was a blast for me! (I'm still playing with video during my newborn sessions. Watch their video fusion here. )
Meet the new member of the Jasper family, I dare you not to fall in love with him... or his brother!

I have to start this post by just making an announcement: Jenny is possibly one of the funniest girls I know.
I mean really.
And when I got the chance to photograph her family I was SUPER excited! My only wish is that I had more of a chance to hang out with them! Who knew most of my Los Angeles trip would be eaten up by traffic?
I met Jenny is high school, she actually tutored me in geometry because she was good at it and I wasn't. I'm more of an algebra girl but whatever.
We also were on the cheerleading squad together. I'm going to say that without being ashamed, cheerleading was awesome!
Jenny rocks and I haven't seen her in FOREVER, really since my baby shower over five years ago. We planned an urban session in Venice Beach with her and her cute kids as well as her sister and her sister's son. And you see that cute bump her sister has? There are TWINS in there! Sooo exciting!
Oh and you want to talk about not seeing people in forever? Jenny's sister? Haven't seen Lauryn since she took gymnastics as a KID.
WOW.
Okay, I'll stop reminiscing and embarrassing their entire family. I just wanted to let the world know that you guys are awesome!
